Gustav Dentzel Outside Row Standing Giraffe, 1890-1900, from a two-abreast carousel operated by the Volunteer Fire Company of Orange County, VA.  Wonderful gentle face, bold double parrot heads at the saddle cantle, original factory metal jewel settings.  In several layers of old paint with a wonderful aged patina.
